The Turkish play Derelish Ertugrul, which is being translated into Urdu under the name Ertugrul Ghazi, has confirmed that Engin Altan Dozitan, the main character who became popular all over Pakistan, has become the ambassador of the Pakistani brand.
It may be recalled that Engin Ultan Dozitan has repeatedly expressed his desire to visit Pakistan, but he has not yet said when he will visit Pakistan.
Rumors of his arrival in Pakistan were circulating last month, but he did not come to Pakistan but met three sick children online during a special ceremony.
After which, a few days ago, the main character of Ertugrul Ghazi became the brand ambassador of a private housing society in the capital Islamabad.
In this regard, the private housing society had said in various posts on the photo sharing app Instagram that Engin Altan Dozitan would soon attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the mosque at Blue World in Islamabad.
In another post in this regard, it was said that he has been honored to host Engin Altan Dozitan in Pakistan and will soon receive a historic reception.
Now, in a video released on Instagram, Engin Altan Dozitan has confirmed to be the ambassador of the Pakistani brand.
In the video, the main character of Ertugrul Ghazi said, “Hello Pakistan, thank you very much for your love and respect.”
He said that he is very excited to become the brand ambassador of Blue World City and will be coming to Pakistan soon.
However, Engin Altan Dozitan did not say anything about attending the groundbreaking ceremony for the mosque in Islamabad.
It should be noted that the Turkish drama ‘Ertugrul Ghazi’ has been airing on PTV since April 24 and now its second season has also started.
The play set a new record for popularity in Pakistan as soon as it aired and was viewed 210 million times on YouTube in just 20 days, while its first episode has been viewed more than 70 million times so far.
Considering the popularity of the play and the enthusiasm of the fans in Pakistan, almost all the main actors of ‘Ertugrul Ghazi’ have expressed their desire to come to Pakistan.
The story of this play predates the establishment of the Ottoman Empire in the 13th century, which revolves around a brave Muslim general named Ertugrul, also known as Ertugrul Ghazi.
The play shows how in the 13th century, Turkish general Ertugrul bravely fought the Mongols, the Crusaders and the oppressors and maintained his winning streak.
Ertugrul Ghazi depicts Ertugrul’s pre-Ottoman rule, bravery and love. The play has a total of 179 episodes and has so far aired 94 episodes.
