Eat Avocado, make the intestines healthy

Urbana: Avocado has many benefits, but it is now known that the fiber and other ingredients in it are very useful for the human intestine.

Scientists at the University of Urbana Champagne have revealed in a lengthy survey that there are many benefits to incorporating this fruit into your diet. The research is published in the August 2020 issue of the Journal of Nutrition.

The study involved hundreds of people between the ages of 25 and 45. Some of them were obese and overweight.
All participants were divided into two groups and one group was fed pears for 12 weeks while the other was not given avocado. During this period, blood, waste and urine samples of all the participants were taken and analyzed for three months.

Interestingly, the women and men who ate avocado for three months had healthy microbes and bacteria in their intestines. They also excrete large amounts of fat in their waste, indicating that the fruit helps to remove fat from the body.

According to experts, the elimination of fat from the body is a very healthy thing because it appears that it helps in reducing obesity and thus keeps a person away from obesity.

On the other hand, bile acids also decreased. Eating avocado gives a feeling of fullness and also regulates cholesterol in the body.
