Corona virus:Due to new cases, Total victims reach 1427,and 12 death in country

New cases of Corona virus in Pakistan could not be stopped and the total number of affected persons in different parts of the country increased to 1427.

The deadly virus in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while in Punjab yesterday, 2 deaths were reported, so far 12 people have died of the virus in the country.

Though Sindh was the worst affected by this virus, 82 cases were reported in Punjab last day.

Not only this, the highest number of deaths has been reported in Punjab where 5 people died of this outbreak while 4 died in KP, one in Sindh, one in Balochistan and one in Gilgit-Baltistan.

If you look at the figures coming out this week, the total number of victims has increased to over 1,400.

Sindh
Sindh also reported 17 more cases of Corona virus, followed by 457 in the province.

According to Sindh Health Department, 17 new cases were reported in Karachi after which 181 victims in the city Quaid were killed.

In addition, three people were affected from Hyderabad and one from Dadu while 14 people were recovering.

According to the provincial health department, so far one person has died and 170 are undergoing treatment, thus 131 of these cases except Sindhis have been transferred locally.

Additionally, the Corona test came out positive in 265 pilgrims from Sukkur to Iran and seven from Larkana.

Punjab
Seven new cases of Corona virus have emerged in Punjab, the country’s largest province.

Spokesman of Health Department Punjab Qaiser Asif said that the number of certified victims has increased to 497 in the province.

So far, five deaths have occurred in the province and 4 patients have recovered, he said.

On the details of the victims, he said that 207 people from Dera Ghazi Khan and 46 pilgrims from Multan besides 116 people in Lahore were diagnosed with corona virus.

According to the spokesman, 51 patients were reported from Gujarat, 9 from Gujranwala, 19 from Jhelum and 15 from Rawalpindi.

The remaining victims are from other parts of the province, while all certified patients were admitted to isolation wards, Qaiser Asif said.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Meanwhile, a woman died from the Corona virus in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, leading to 4 deaths in the province.

In this regard, Information Minister Ajmal Wazir, the provincial minister of information, confirmed the death and said that the woman belonged to the lower late.

In addition, the women had recently returned from Umrah and after their demise the entire village was quarantined.

Islamabad
According to official website data, new cases were reported in Islamabad and Gilgit-Baltistan.

In these new cases, 12 new cases were reported in Islamabad, after which the number of victims was 39.

Gilgit-Baltistan
The number of newcomers to Gilgit Baltistan is 16, after which there have been 107 victims.

Looking at the overall victims in the country, there are 457 from Sindh, 497 from Punjab, 180 from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 133 from Balochistan, 107 from Gilgit-Baltistan, 39 from Islamabad and 2 from Azad Kashmir.

However, the good thing is that over 25 people have recovered from the virus in more than a month.

12 deaths in Pakistan
The first death toll from the Corona virus came out in Pakistan on March 18, and the second death was confirmed on the same day.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Minister Timo Jhagra March 18 reported the death of a first-person corona virus in Mardan.

Shortly thereafter, they confirmed the death of another person in Hangu.

On March 20, a virus died in Karachi, the country’s largest city, when the number rose to three.

Shortly after the news of another patient died in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa March 22, a doctor treating people affected by the Corona virus in Gilgit-Baltistan died of a similar global outbreak.

The next day, the 23 March, the first Balochistan government died of Corona virus in the province.

While the number of affected people was on the rise, the first death toll was reported in Punjab on March 24 as well.

The death in Punjab was the first death of a locally-transferred case in the country.

On March 25, another death was confirmed in the country and a 50-year-old woman died in Rawalpindi.

On March 26, a patient lost his life in a private hospital in Lahore, following which the Corona virus in the province killed 3 and a total of 9 deaths in the country.

On March 27, another patient died in Lahore due to the Corona virus, bringing the death toll to 4 in the province.

On the same day, a 22-year-old man was also confirmed dead in Faisalabad, after which five died in the province and 11 died in the country.

On March 28, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Chief Minister’s Information Minister Ajmal Wazir confirmed the death of a woman, leading to 12 deaths in the country.
