Corona test negative for all 128 people, including PSL players

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed the corona test of all 128 people belonging to the Pakistan Super League (PSL) was negative. A total of 128 players, sports staff, match officials, broadcasters and team owners were tested in the PSL 2020, a statement said.

It was also informed that these tests were conducted by PCB under a sense of responsibility, in which the results of all 128 people were negative.

According to the statement, PCB chief executive Wasim Khan said that the credibility of the Pakistan Cricket Board and PSL was essential that the players, sports staff, match officials, broadcasters who participated till the end of the event. And team owners’ tests come out negative.

He said that while all players and match officials are safe and sound, PCB will continue to take precautions to protect all its employees.

In his statement, Waseem Khan said that we have to refrain from shaking hands or getting hugs while avoiding close contact with people who refrain from gathering and coughing or sneezing.

It is understood that Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 5 was postponed 2 days ago to increase the risk of corona virus in the country.

In a tweet from the Pakistan Cricket Board, it was stated that HBL, PSL 2020 has been postponed, it will be rescheduled later and more details will be released later.

Later, Waseem Khan said that PCB decided to postpone Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 5 after the suspected symptoms of Corona virus were revealed to a foreign player.
