Better upbringing of children despite low income increases their intelligence

Maryland: If you suffer from poverty and hardship, there is no need to worry because you have a good upbringing which can significantly increase their IQ.

In poor, low-income and underprivileged families, if children are properly cared for and trained, their IQ may be higher than others as they reach puberty. In this regard, scientists from the Maryland School of Medicine, in collaboration with international teams, have studied 1,600 children over a long period of time. These babies from Brazil and South Africa have been studied for a long time from birth to puberty.

Details of this important study have been published in the popular research journal Lancet, which states that whether babies are born prematurely, lose weight or suffer from extreme poverty, better care, physical and mental attention and Fostering can make up for this loss. The study looked specifically at parents’ attitudes towards their children’s upbringing. Children born out of poverty, underweight and short-lived and without special attention were shorter than others. But well-raised children with similar early conditions had higher IQs, were not socially isolated, and were found to be at their best. Overall, the IQ of both groups differed by six points.
Around the world, 250 million children under the age of five suffer from many of the above problems at an early age and suffer terrible losses. Thus, it is important that parents raise their youngest children to the best of their ability. These include providing a suitable play environment, teaching games, table clearing, complex toy games and other friendly activities.
