According to a study published in the American medical journal Mayo Clinic Proceedings, the results of a study conducted in the United States showed that even giving an antibiotic to children 2 years of age or younger can lead to asthma, allergies and weight loss. Or problems like obesity can occur.

The report said that the study, which lasted for eight years, examined the health of a total of 14,000 children, including more than 7,000 boys and up to 7,000 girls.

The medical records of all the children showed that children aged 2 years or younger who were given different types of antibiotics developed different medical problems in adolescence.

According to a report by CNN, the results show that antibiotics affect children in different ways depending on their age, sex and weight. All types of children are more likely to develop various diseases or medical problems.

The results showed that giving the same antibiotic to girls 2 years of age or younger caused more asthma and digestive problems than girls who were not given any antibiotics.
