A few days after the death of famous Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor, his wife actress Neto Singh released her first message.
In his message on social media, Neto Singh thanked the doctors and staff of the hospital where her husband was undergoing treatment.
In his post shared on Instagram, Neto Singh wrote, “As a family, we realize that we have suffered a great loss, but when we sit together today, we remember the past few months and then realize. We should be very grateful, especially to the doctors at HN Reliance Hospital.
“The whole team of doctors, brothers and nurses led by Dr Tarang Gyanchandani took care of my husband as if he were their own. They advised us as if they were their own,” she added. I am, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for all this and much more.
Along with this statement, the actress also shared two photos, one of which was of Rishi Kapoor and the other was a romantic photo of the two.
It may be recalled that Rishi Kapoor and Neto Singh were married in 1980, their daughter Radhima was born in the same year who is a fashion designer by profession, while son Ranbir Kapoor was born in 1982 who is now a successful Bollywood actor.
Neto Singh and Rishi Kapoor have worked together in 12 films in their careers, including In Sports, Sometimes, Amar Akbar Anthony and Dunya Meri Jeeb.
The couple was considered one of the most successful couples in Bollywood, while their wedding card is also going viral on social media.
Earlier, Neto Singh had released another picture of Rishi Kapoor in which he had written “End of our story”.
Rishi Kapoor died in Mumbai on April 30, 2020. He was admitted to the hospital the night before after complaining of shortness of breath.
His family had also issued a statement to share the news of his death with the fans in which they requested the fans to remember Rishi Kapoor with a smile.
Rishi Kapoor had been battling cancer for almost two years and was admitted to hospital on the night of April 29 with difficulty breathing.
It may be recalled that in October 2018, Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with cancer for which he had gone to the United States for treatment, but at that time he had not confirmed his illness.
Later, in January 2019, his brother Randhir Kapoor confirmed that he was undergoing treatment in the United States, but the disease was not disclosed at that time.
However, exactly a year ago in April, filmmaker Rahul Rawal had said that Rishi Kapoor had recovered from cancer.
In the past, Rishi Kapoor was known as a hero for his romantic performances. He played Bobby, Amar Akbar Anthony and Chandni. He has acted in Qali, Laila Majno, Sargam, Bol Radha Bol and many other super hit films.
Recently, she announced that she is part of the Bollywood remake of the Hollywood film ‘The Intern’ in which Deepika Padukone is also working.
