In Panjgur district of Balochistan, 3 youths were martyred and 8 others injured as a result of firing on security forces by terrorists.
According to the Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), terrorists opened fire on a security patrol party near Gichak Valley.
The injured were shifted to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Quetta where the condition of five is critical.
It should be noted that attacks on security forces in Balochistan are once again on the rise.
On May 19, seven security personnel were martyred in two separate incidents of terrorist attacks in Balochistan.

According to a statement issued by ISPR, terrorist incidents took place in Machh and Ketch areas of Balochistan.
A Frontier Corps (FC) vehicle was attacked with an IED last night in Machh, ISPR said.
On May 8, six youths, including a major, were martyred in a terrorist attack on security forces in Balochistan.
ISPR said that a Frontier Corps (FC) South vehicle in Balochistan was hit by a remote control device while it was in Pak. Iran was returning from patrolling 14 km from the border.

On May 6, two Pakistani Army personnel were martyred in a rocket attack on a security check post in the North Waziristan tribal district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The martyred personnel were identified as Hawaldar Zafar and soldier Asif.
The missile, fired from an unknown direction, landed at a check post in Adik village near Mir Ali.
Earlier on April 20, a Pak Army soldier was martyred in an attack on a security check post 10 km from Miranshah in North Waziristan while five terrorists were killed in retaliation.
