According to Kashmir Media Service, protests were also held in Srinagar and surrounding areas on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of Burhan Wani. Paying homage to the sacrifices of all the martyrs, he said that the blood of the martyrs would surely bring color.
He said that the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the freedom movement are our heroes, we will carry forward the mission of the martyrs. In particular, the martyrdom of Burhan Wani has revived the independence movement. Now India cannot suppress the Kashmiris’ independence movement by force. The time is near when Kashmiris will get their basic right, the right to self-determination.
